		<description><![CDATA[Seems like the safest place for any ones hard earned savings nowadays is under the mattress.  We appear to be at less risk from the burglars than we are of our own government.
It appears easy to me, introduce voluntary hours within the local community for those in receipt of social welfare payments and it might put a stop to those trying to hold on to their cash jobs.  For those genuinely upset to be out of work, it will give them an opportunity to give something to the community for the payment they are receiving.]]></description>
