		<description><![CDATA[I have received so many emails and messages on Twitter because of this particular blog. One thing that is obvious: so many people spend such little time thinking out long term consequences. It worries me and it should worry you. 
We expect the housing market to return to &#039;normal&#039; levels but herd mentality would appear to distort an Irish market. Why do we have such fascination with property ownership in Ireland?
