One thing that is obvious: so many people spend such little time thinking out long term consequences. It worries me and it should worry you.
We expect the housing market to return to ‘normal’ levels but herd mentality would appear to distort an Irish market. Why do we have such fascination with property ownership in Ireland? I can only speculate. Drop me an email or leave a comment if you think you have the answers.
